Procter & Gamble India announced a 20 billion rupee ($243.79 million) personal healthcare manufacturing facility in Gujarat.

The firm said Wednesday that the plant would produce digestive items from parent P&G’s worldwide healthcare portfolio.

The Whisper sanitary napkin company claimed P&G’s global export hub would be operational in a few years.

The unlisted business investing in the 50,000-square-meter Sanand, Gujarat, the facility won’t affect any listed P&G public corporations in India.
