Back in January of this year, federal contract workers and congressional Democrats supported President’s Obama’s decision to impose a $10.10 minimum wage floor that would affect many workers under future government contracts. Later this week, a slew of workers will tell the president that his $10.10 rule is not enough to make a difference in their daily lives. Several hundred workers have signed a letter, which will be released Thursday, to Obama with intentions to strike to have their voices heard.
