Diddy’s Son Implicated in Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault
Christian “King” Combs, son of rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, faces serious allegations of sexual assault during a family holiday in St. Martin in 2022. The accusations come from Grace O’Marcaigh, who filed a lawsuit in a civil court in Los Angeles. According to the lawsuit, Christian Combs physically and sexually assaulted O’Marcaigh, with his father, Sean Combs, also named in the lawsuit for allegedly aiding the assault. This incident adds to a series of sexual assault allegations against Sean Combs, who is currently under federal investigation for sex trafficking.
In response to the allegations, the Combs’ lawyer, Arron Dyer, dismissed them as “lewd and meritless” claims consisting of “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts.” The lawsuit depicts a disturbing scenario aboard the luxury yacht, where O’Marcaigh, working as a steward, alleges the presence of intoxicated individuals, suspected sex workers, celebrities, and drugs. She suspects that drinks served to her and other women may have been spiked with drugs.
The lawsuit accuses Sean Combs of turning the family excursion into a “hedonistic environment” and holds him liable for premises liability as the charterer of the luxury yacht. Christian Combs is accused of insisting O’Marcaigh drink tequila with him, becoming violent when she attempted to leave, and subsequently groping and kissing her. Additionally, O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him in the yacht’s cinema.
Despite O’Marcaigh’s complaint to the ship’s captain, she claims it was not taken seriously, and Sean Combs allegedly paid a hefty tip to the ship’s crew to suppress her complaint. As a result of the alleged assault, O’Marcaigh says she suffered emotional trauma, leading to the breakdown of her long-time relationship and the development of an eating disorder and epileptic seizures.
Sean “Diddy” Combs, a prominent figure in the music industry, faces a mounting list of sexual assault allegations, including those from his former partner Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. However, Combs denies all the allegations. Lawyer Aaron Dyer criticized attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who also filed a lawsuit on behalf of Lil Rod, labeling the claims as “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts” and expressing intent to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
