UBS Group AG (UBSG.S) CEO Sergio Ermotti has nominated Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN.S) executives most likely to join the management team, the Financial Times reported on Saturday, citing sources.

The study predicted that Dixit Joshi, chief financial officer, Francesca McDonagh, chief operational officer, and André Helfenstein, head of the Swiss division, would continue on the Swiss bank’s management team.

Credit Suisse declined to comment. UBS didn’t reply to Reuters’ request for comment.

In March, Swiss officials rushed a deal for UBS to buy its rival for 3 billion Swiss francs ($3.37 billion) and assume up to 5 billion in liabilities.

Ermotti stated this week that UBS was trying to complete its merger with Credit Suisse by May or June.

Reuters reported earlier this week that the bank is considering preserving Credit Suisse’s Swiss unit’s investment banking activities and selling the remainder, possibly in an IPO.
