Ohio Republican Raises Concerns: Russian Talking Points Heard on House Floor
In a Sunday appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Rep. Mike Turner acknowledged that certain members of Congress were echoing Russian propaganda regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict while speaking on the House floor.
During the interview with host Jake Tapper, the Ohio Republican clarified that some lawmakers were mistakenly framing the conflict as being about NATO, which Russian President Vladimir Putin has explicitly denied.
