Energy Minister Agnes Pannier-Runacher told RMC radio that 15% of French petrol outlets and 10 200 fuel depots were still disrupted.
When strikes entered their 16th day on Thursday, French refineries, LNG ports, electricity supplies, and nuclear reactor maintenance were affected.
