Germany says the EU should not be scared by Moscow’s military display and assist Ukraine as long as necessary.

On Tuesday, Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated during Russia’s Victory Day parade.

“2,200 kilometres northeast from here, (Russian President Vladimir) Putin is parading his soldiers, tanks and missiles today,” Scholz told legislators at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, according to prepared comments.

Power plays must not intimidate us! So let’s support Ukraine forever!”
