Novartis (NOVN.S) announced the new Sandoz board members on Monday.

The Basel corporation accepted Sandoz Chairman-designate Gilbert Ghostine’s ten board members, who will begin preparations in June.

Francois-Xavier Roger, Nestle’s CFO, Urs Riedener, Emmi’s previous CEO, and Shamiram Feinglass, Danaher’s Chief Medical Officer for Life Sciences, are the new members.

Karen Huebscher, Aarti Shah, and Remco Steenburgen will join the board.

Unilever (ULVR.L) Chief Legal Officer Maria Varsellona and former Procter & Gamble (PG.N) executive Yannis Skoufalos complete the committee nominations.

“The Sandoz Board of Directors will start preparatory work from June onwards and will be effective following the planned spin-off of Sandoz in the second half of 2023, subject to Novartis Board and shareholder approval,” Novartis said on Monday.
