The CEO is always focused on launching a new insole product with Casca. If he is not in the office, you will find him in entrepreneurship meetings where he expands his territory. My best friend and I used to hate the shoes in the market. While sharing our opinions, we found out that even our peers hated the same thing. Staying in closed shoes for the whole day makes one feel uncomfortable. Most of them had many pairs of shoes but no time to keep them.
We dive into research to find materials that could manufacture durable shoes. I combined the sole idea with the support that a busy person needs. Later, we realized keeping your knees and feet healthy could have an impact. We dig deep to see how unique the feet of different people were. After noticing that the market did not cater for that, we decided to manufacture shoe insole that could rhyme with the feet of people. Through consultation, we came up with the idea of creating a 3D insole that could fit every shoe. We combine 3-D technology and smartphones to create a desirable insole called FootB3D.
Every day has its activities. Being flexible has helped me carry out a variety of activities. Some days I spend designing a product, others negotiating for finance, etc. I have to set up the marketing departments to attract organic traffic because I believe in the power of the online market.
Thinking is a key factor when you want to bring ideas into real-life solutions. I look at the matters in society before writing down the points. Then, I weigh which ideas are heavier. I believe millions of people out there have great ideas, but they lack a platform where they can turn them into realities. This is where I consider the small talks from my team and customers.
I like 3D printing technologies. Many companies are employing it in their designs to remain competitive.
To remain productive, I host a 2-hours meeting every Monday to discuss our progress as a company. We set health, career, and personal goals for the week. I always make sure my goals align with where I want to be in the next 10 years.
To my younger self, never feel afraid of traveling alone in this entrepreneurship journey. At some moments, I used to fear traveling alone to other countries for adventure. But five years ago, I have taken the courage to explore other industries in various nations. Whenever I travel, I always return home with new ideas. It also motivates me to work harder.

Of course, I know many people won’t agree, but the truth is that the retail business is dead. Currently, one needs to merge manufacturers, retail, and community space to succeed. The three have to work together to offer quality products to customers.
I have never failed to meditate and exercise in my day-to-day activities. Those are my two important activities to indulge in to stay focused and creative. To remain consistent with my business, we involve 3-4 customers before launching a new product. We get to know their likes and dislikes about a product.
As an entrepreneur, you must be ready to learn from your failures. At one point, I started a startup and shut it down within a few months. That was hard to believe, but it was worth the learning process. It was something related to “AirBnB”, where people could park and store products. At first, it felt good, but as time moved by, I noticed that my interest didn’t lie in that business. That’s where I learned about following your passion rather than any business idea that you come across.
In our office, we work in an open environment. Sometimes it is hard for people to notice when you are very busy. So, if a person decides to create a flag that could be notifying others whenever you are busy on your desk, it can be a thriving business.
Technology is good, I do like Audible software. It helps me listen to podcasts and everything on the internet when I am cleaning or preparing my meals. I have less time to read books, but the software has helped me expand my knowledge. But I always make sure I read a single book per week.
The best book I would recommend to people is “Start with Why?”, written by Simon Sinek. He once gave his TED talks, but the book is much deeper. It provides positive energy and motivation.
We hear everyone saying that life is short, indeed it is. Live every day like you won’t live again. This is my daily quote, “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I’m about to do today?”
