British politician, writer, and journalist Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson were Prime Minister and Conservative Party Leader from 2019 to 2022.

He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and London Mayor from 2008 to 2016.

An investigation on whether Boris Johnson willfully deceived parliament about unlawful parties in Downing Street during COVID-19 lockdowns exonerated him of “contempt of parliament” on Friday.

A report by the Privileges Committee, a group of legislators, stated that the study it issued on Friday was not the final report and was merely the foundation for the principal concerns it would investigate during Johnson’s questioning.

“This report demonstrates that I did not conduct contempt of parliament.”Johnson stated.
