Meghan Tarmey is the founder and CEO of the Caddy Girls company. This is a gorgeous network of females situated in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. They are available for charity competitions, as well as for hiring and business events. The company employs young female caddies who provide a combination of entertainment and caddy services for about $150 per round.

The Caddy Girls are frequently used for bachelor parties. “The girls” work in golf attire while they model sexy bikinis for promotional materials. Meghan Tarmey is an advocate and entrepreneur for women’s golf. She introduced us to female caddies to make her mark in what used to be a male-dominant sport. In March, Meghan Tarmey was one of the six Caddy Girls at the PGA Tour’s Puerto Rico Open.

I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2005. I desired more to work for myself than working a minimum wage job to make ends meet after graduation. So I decided to work for myself rather than working a handful of shifts at the neighborhood pub.

I founded the Caddy Girls and established it in 2005 after my graduation. The Caddy Girls works in 13 areas around the United States. We market ourselves as “a unique and enjoyable way to spend a day on the courses.” The Professional Caddies Association qualifies all Caddy Girls, and they are knowledgeable in the club section, course etiquette, scorekeeping, and distance calculation.

I went to the Shark Tank show seeking a Shark to assist me with expanding my business internationally. I entered the show seeking $100,000 in exchange for a 20% equity in my firm, which was worth $500,000. One of the sharks was Impressed with my presentation and offered $100,000 in exchange for 50% equity in the firm. For me, that was excessive, so I declined the offer and exited the presentation without a deal.

After the show, the business soared by 400%. In a year, Caddy Girls earns $148,000 and $34,000 in a month. We have expanded to Arizona, Alabama, Florida, and many other places. Currently, we have added male caddies to our roaster. Also, we have started providing caddies for amateur golf tournaments and meaningful pro. This includes qualifiers for national championships.

To a younger Meghan Tarmey, you should prepare in every way and know your business. Also, you should know the service you will provide for your customers. You should know your goals and remind yourself of them each day. When assigning jobs to people, you should assign them to job experts. Finally, it would help if you thought of expanding your business as soon as possible.

It would be best to keep in mind that opportunities do not appear in the form of opportunities. They usually occur in different ways. You should use the window if the door is closed. Also, you may face challenges that make you think your business is coming to an end. But if you solve them from a different perspective, you can discover big opportunities that you never knew existed.

I am also planning to change The Caddy Group’s name to reflect the services of a traditional caddie service. Also, I would like to expand and do real golf tournaments and bigger tournaments. I also hope that soon we will extend our geographic range and increase the number of traditional caddies.

The caddy girl’s business does not involve advertising. Instead, it is based on referrals by caddies and golfers, who are particularly fond of the Caddy Girls. In addition, I am also turning the focus on the female Caddies into more than it is now.
