Damon D’Amore is the founder and CEO of Wayfounder, a company that deals with nontreprenenuers. Damon helps individuals who want to succeed without commercializing their ideas. It means the person will only focus on intellectual property strategies.
Damon D’Amore founded the company in 2012. During the pre-seed season, he struggled with capital issues. However, he has managed to run it successfully. Its headquarters are located at Beverly Hills in California.
The idea of Wayfounder came in April 2012. I spent seven months brainstorming on the best way to shape my idea and transform it into something great. And in December, I was ready to launch my company. Wayfounder provides a simple and flexible platform that offers opportunities to everyone.
We focus on helping entrepreneurs with massive ideas but find it difficult to venture because of fear. Most of them are always afraid of the risk involved as a founder. So we take those ideas and reward the clients with cash. In addition, if the idea becomes successful, there is a commission you earn.
We look forward to assist individuals in monetizing their ideas across the world. However, not everyone is ready to take a lifestyle risk by setting up a company. Certainly, there is a lot involved before you become successful with your company.
Sometimes startups can be an adventure journey. For example, there was a time when my friend struggled to raise capital. So he decided to sell an old J.Crew clothes from the store to launch his startup. It might sound funny, but the guy has succeeded.
It isn’t easy to measure your success. But when I stay calm in the game and have no pressure from my job, I feel good. The minor goals I achieve add value to my life. When I am around great people, the motivation makes me yearn for more business goals.

Wayfounder is open to any applicant. If you feel you’re okay and your idea can blow up, we are ready to work together. For each application, we conduct thorough interviews to make sure it’s legit. Here are some of our steps before approving an application:
Single line pitch: Your idea can only become real if you know how to explain it to a class 5 kid. Some people become overwhelmed with the idea until they can not speak out. When writing or communicating with the team, the applicant must explain in-depth what they want to build. Understand deeply what your product is about. Know how it will solve problems in society.
Be aware of the competition: Millions of people around the globe have many ideas, but try to search on the internet. Use your keywords correctly, and you will find more than five similar products launched years back. It would be best to do maximum research before letting out your idea.
Perform some morning tests: Whenever you wake up, try to rethink about the idea. How important could it be? Does it have an impact on the lives of people daily? Is there a gap in the market? If it’s an app, can it solve your daily routine problems?
To a younger Damon D’Amore, don’t ever lie about your unique idea. Sometimes it might be your passion. Don’t be afraid to implement it, either. I have seen people sell out their ideas that attracted the market quickly. When you push harder, there is always a source of connection that will uplift you.
To non-entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, don’t get scared of asking for help. It’s not stupid, and we have millions of people ready to offer help. Be choosy while filtering your ideas; only question the people you trust.
Whether you are a non-entrepreneur or entrepreneur, commitment and passion can drive your business to the next level.
