On Tuesday, the Swiss bank’s CEO said that UBS (UBSG.S) would announce more management changes as it integrates Credit Suisse after its recent merger.

After completing the transaction earlier this month, UBS announced several management changes.

“We have also already established the first two lines of responsibility within the bank,” Sergio Ermotti told Point Zero Forum in Zurich.

“Within the next 20 days we will announce the third level, so it means around 1,200-1,500 people will have clear responsibilities,” he stated.

Ermotti was optimistic he could provide integration specifics before summer’s end. UBS delayed its second-quarter earnings until August.

UBS’s CEO indicated he intends to clarify more on Credit Suisse’s domestic business by summer’s end.
