When you become shy, you lose. I have contacted more than 10 e-commerce CEOs to know how they carry out certain activities. That is where I get most of my knowledge.
Social media is an essential tool now. People are sharing their experiences and travel pictures. Instagram is the most popular social platform where influencers share their best moments on vacations. This provides some data, which is essential in making my decisions.
I have a checklist and task manager which helps me to perform all my duties. My checklist ranks. The activity that tops the list has to be carried out first before lunch break. Achieving my daily goals is a motivation for me. In my research, I noticed that working on big projects brings a lot of frustration. In some situations, you end up abandoning it along the way. It is important to break a project into small, manageable tasks.
One of the worst moments was last year when the Covid-19 pandemic was at its climax. The travel industry was the most affected due to border restrictions. Although we launched our brand during the early days of the pandemic, we hated it. But currently, we are keeping up with the economy. The travel industry is at its peak as we near the Christmas period.
