On Friday, the French president announced that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi would attend France’s Bastille Day military display on July 14.
“An Indian armed forces contingent will take part in the parade alongside French forces,” the presidency said. Modi’s visit will coincide with the 25th anniversary of France and India’s “strategic partnership.”
This historic visit will also allow coordinated activities to address climate change, biodiversity loss, and sustainable development aims.
